The FUELOGICAL Technology

The FUELOGICAL system includes solid catalyst nugget elements, which can be used individually or in various quantities based on the intended application.

FUELOGICAL Fuel Catalysts do not rely on any chemical compounds being released into the fuel; they only depend on a chemical reaction while remaining unchanged itself.

The purpose of a FUELOGICAL fuel catalyst is to improve the combustion of all hydrocarbon fossil fuels (HC), whether they are in the form of heavy fuel oil, commercial gas oil, diesel, kerosene, gasoline/petrol, LPG, or natural gas, for any internal combustion engine or external combustion applications.

The catalyst nugget elements are manufactured according to a precise formula of noble metals. They are moulded using a unique formula to promote a beneficial catalytic chemical reaction when a liquid or gaseous hydrocarbon fuel comes into contact with them. Each hand-finished FUELOGICAL Catalyst nugget has a maximum surface area to weight ratio, allowing for the fuel to make overall contact with the complete surface that through the manufacturing process becomes crystallised in finished form to maximise the catalytic reaction with the fuel, a method that FUELOGICAL has perfected from years of refining and product development.

When the FUELOGICAL patent-pending formula is cast into catalyst nuggets at a controlled temperature, cured to a sensitive time pattern, and further atmospheric temperature capture in readiness for the process to complete, it gives the FUELOGICAL Catalyst Nuggets their unique partially reflective appearance. The precise and controlled process of manufacture of a FUELOGICAL catalyst amplifies the energy generated from the same fuel, encouraging the best reaction to promote enhancements during the combustion process.

The design of the FUELOGICAL catalyst nuggets, both in materials used and the physical attributes they are made to, maximise the combustion process of hydrocarbon fuels optimising fuel – to – air ratio. The technology improves the combustion process in low-carbon fuels and aviation fuel. The benefits of improved combustion are greater energy release, lower toxic exhaust emissions, and in most cases improved fuel consumption, and reduced carbon deposits from the combustion process.

Increasing hydrogen and oxygen will result in better combustion, producing additional clean energy from a given amount of fuel and also purging abrasive energy-sapping carbon deposits and the reduction of fuel quality in storage due to waxing, gelling, or fuel bug issues.

This is achieved by capitalising on the catalytic reaction of the hydrocarbon fuel after it has come into contact with the FUELOGICAL catalyst nugget prior to combustion. Not only does this improve combustion efficiency, but it also assists in burning off any harmful carbon deposits that have built-up in the combustion chamber and on any components within it, and then keeps any further carbon build up to a minimum. This promotes smoother running, cleaner combustion, improved power output, and cost- saving benefits.

FUELOGICAL products are designed, developed and manufactured for applications that include all motor vehicles, from mopeds and motorcycles right through the spectrum to large commercial vehicles.

FUELOGICAL products are also suitable for all industrial plant, horticulture and garden machinery, as well as marine applications from small recreational jet skis and pleasure craft up to container ships, cruise liners, and naval vessels.

FUELOGICAL items are compatible with any heating system using hydrocarbon fuels, such as LPG and natural gas, applicable to both domestic and industrial food preparation equipment as well as boilers. In fact, any combustion process can benefit from a FUELOGICAL product.

The Fuel Catalyst leads to a more thorough combustion process, thereby minimising pollutants and toxic emissions. In a more complete combustion, 100% of the potential energy is extracted from the fuel using a FUELOGICAL fuel catalyst.

The FUELOGICAL system is not a repair system. It’s engineered and produced to refine fuel and boost combustion. If FUELOGICAL products are installed into a system that has faulty or poorly maintained components exhibiting signs of damage or system failure, they will not rectify or address mechanical or electrical issues with damaged or malfunctioning components.
